Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship the cakes?
We use Next-Day Tracked Delivery to ensure your Cake Can arrives as fresh as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! The Cake Can is the ultimate surprise. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout, and we can even include a personalised printed card note if you add one to your order free of charge.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. (Note: Check with your courier for Highlands/Islands restrictions).
Orders & Returns
Can I return my Cake in a Can?
Because our cakes are fresh and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns. We want you to have the best experience possible, so if your treats didn't arrive in perfect condition, please don't hesitate to let us know. You can contact our team through our Contact Page with your order number and a description of the issue so we can make it right!
Freshness & Storage
How long does the cake stay fresh?
Because our cans are airtight and sealed, the cake stays incredibly moist! Once it arrives, we recommend eating it within 3β5 days. You can find a "Best Before" date on the back label of every can.
Do I need to keep my Cake Can in the fridge?
While our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature for maximum flavor, we recommend storing them in the fridge to maintain the perfect texture of our creams and ganachesβespecially during warmer months!
Can I freeze the cans?
We don't recommend freezing, as it can affect the texture of the "pop top" seal and the cream layers. Our cakes are designed to be enjoyed fresh!
About The Can
Is the can safe?
Yes! We use food-grade, BPA-free transparent PET cans. They are specifically designed for food and beverages and are completely airtight until you pull the tab.
How do I open it?
Just like a soda! Lift the ring pull and peel back the lid. Pro-tip: Use a long dessert spoon to get every last bit of ganache from the bottom!
Are the cans recyclable?
Yes! Sustainability is important to us. Once you've enjoyed your dessert, simply wash the can and pop it in your standard household recycling bin.
Allergens
Do you cater to allergies?
All our cans are labeled with a full list of ingredients, with allergens highlighted in bold. Please note that our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
